Communication with suppliers.

On-the-Day timeline, presented to all suppliers and follow up.
Brief with MC and Wedding Manager regarding his/her duties and responsibilities.
Coordination on the day of the wedding.
Brief with suppliers regarding breakdown.
Manage refundable deposits to bridal couple.

Wedding Day Coordination
A consultation and site inspection with the Bridal couple at the venue of choice.
Plan of action compiled and confirmed with Bridal couple.

Brief with MC and Venue Manager.
Coordination until dessert/22:00 (thereafter overtime).
